Choose Email, Google or Apple (Apple on iPhone). Before signing in, tick the box agreeing to back up to your account; the sign-in buttons open once it is ticked. Forgot your Email password? Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.

Yes. Birth profiles, cast history and memorial days are saved to your account. Sign in with the same account on another device to see them. Changes made offline upload at the next sync. Signing out removes the copy on the device; the data stays in your account.

Go to Profile > Delete account in the app, or email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. The steps and what gets deleted are on the Delete account page.

The free version may show Google AdMob ads, never on the sign-in screen, while casting, in the camera compass or in widgets. The app does not sell any paid plan yet. When it does, Qelunai Plus will be a monthly or yearly subscription through the App Store or Google Play with no ads; Apple or Google handles payment, cancellation and refunds.

The app asks for notification permission when you turn a reminder on. If you declined, allow notifications for Qelunai in your phone’s Settings, then open the memorial day and turn on Remind me of this anniversary.

Keep away from magnets, magnetic cases and large metal objects, then move the phone in a figure 8 a few times to calibrate, as the app shows.
