Purpose

Qelunai presents the lunar calendar, auspicious hours, the I Ching, numerology, Four Pillars and feng shui as cultural heritage, for entertainment and reference. Nothing in it is a prediction, and it is not a substitute for professional advice on health, mental health, law, finance or investment. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Your account

You must be 16 or older and have an account (Email, Google or Apple) to use Qelunai. Keep your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account at any time as described on the Delete account page.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Copy, resell or distribute the app’s content beyond personal use.
• Reverse engineer, tamper with or get around the app’s technical limits, except where the law allows it.
• Use the app or our servers for anything unlawful or harmful to others.

Qelunai Plus and in-app purchases

Once it is in the stores, Qelunai Plus is a monthly or yearly subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Payment, auto-renewal, trials, cancellation and refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s terms. The subscription renews until you cancel it in your store subscriptions. Price and benefits are shown in the app before you buy.

Ads

The free version may show Google AdMob ads. We are not responsible for advertisers’ content or products.

End-user licence

Qelunai is licensed to you, not sold. On Apple devices, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA) applies together with these terms: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

On Android, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply: https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/

Intellectual property

The name, logo, design, illustrations and readings in Qelunai belong to Qelunai or its licensors. Classic texts such as the I Ching are in the public domain; the editing and readings are Qelunai’s.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We work to calculate correctly but do not promise the app will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, Qelunai is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app.

Changes

When these terms change, we update this page and the date above. Using the app after that means you accept the new version.
